PHASE 1: ORDER COLLECTION: 1 WEEK
This time is used to collect all orders to be sent out for production.
PHASE 2: PRODUCTION & IMPORTING: 1-2 WEEKS
It usually takes 1-2 weeks to finish production, quality checking and send your order to our fulfillment team.
PHASE 3: FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING: <1 WEEK
It will then take us a few days to get every order shipped out. If you live in the US, expect the item to arrive in 3-6 days. International shipments can take up to 3 weeks.
2. When do machine wash, you may use a mild detergent, but No Bleach or Fabric Softener!
3. Try to avoid wash the reflective products with your work jeans or any clothing with rough fabric or edges. The microscopic glass beads on the retro reflective heat transfer film can be worn off by rough texture.
4. Hang dry your reflective products. The heat from machine dryers can damage the reflective heat transfer film.

What are your return/exchanges policies?
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@chaoticm.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the item would be refunded, not the shipping costs. You are responsible to pay return shipping as well and will be subtracted from your product refund.
International orders are not eligible for refunds/exchanges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
